Refund Policy

At C4E, most of our work involves consulting, strategy, creative thinking, custom execution, and collaborative services. Because of the nature of this work, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

1. Consulting & Service Engagements

Payments made for:

• strategy,
• consulting,
• branding,
• creative services,
• workshops,
• retainers,
• advisory,
• or custom projects

are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

This is because time, research, strategic thinking, and resource allocation begin immediately after engagement confirmation.

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are used to:

• reserve bandwidth,
• allocate team resources,
• initiate research and planning,
• and schedule production.

These are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to terminate an engagement after work has started:

• Payments for completed milestones remain payable.
• Any unpaid completed work will be invoiced immediately.
• Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of C4E.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, templates, downloads, reports, and educational resources, all such purchases are non-refundable unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

5. Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded after verification.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We believe in being fair and reasonable. In exceptional situations, refund requests may be evaluated case-by-case.
