C4E is a village. Ten years, one room. We work and play together, chase our own bliss, and work hard to be free.
A small, tight-knit group of dreamers and doers. Small is not a stage we are trying to grow out of. Every person in the room owns something end to end, from the brief to the day it ships.
The work each of them owns.
Anshika leads brand execution across our markets, and she is building the AI lab at C4E. She founded DecodingDraupadi. Her writing runs on lived experience and real conversations, not theory.
Chandni leads the delivery team and works with companies building in AI, healthtech and future-forward industries, at the stage where something exists but is not yet clear. She is an AI-optimist who vibe-codes her way through the build. Her latest is spotyellow.com, which helps women through perimenopause and menopause. C4E incubated it.
Fareen is a partner at C4E and along with Chandni, runs C4E. Social Samosa named her in its Superwomen class of 2021.
Aarya is on Yellow and HelioCoach, two of the products C4E is building.
Kaushik is entrepreneur in residence at C4E. He was a brand manager here first, which is the right order to do it in.
Paras is on events. He turns a plan on paper into a room that works, and he is there on the day it happens.
Kunal runs projects. He keeps the moving parts moving and the dates honest.
Rishi builds brand experiences. Campaign strategy, packaging, gifting, print and site branding, and the events they all show up at. He works out of Delhi.
Himanshu is on 66 MG Road and AllUGC, two more of the products C4E is building.
Shyam works in Python and SQL on machine learning and data analysis. He is our first data hire, out of New Delhi.
We may read as a marketing consulting company. In real life we are a group of high-agency, self-directed, resourceful people who double up as sports fans, travellers, philosophers, novelists, music addicts, foodies, and one person building a menopause product on the side.
A village works because everyone can see everyone else. We stand on the shoulders of giants and bounce higher. As we reach past what one person can do, we offer our shoulders back.
Why we exist: we are selfish. We are here to get better each day, by making lives better, and to make money doing it. Money is not a dirty word. It makes the world go around.
The side projects are the real CV. None of these were briefs. Every one of them started because somebody here would not let it go.
C4 Events is our flagship events business, at wearec4e.com. C4E Labs is the experiments division, at c4elabs.com. Big Bang Edits is video. Monumentum Partners is Shopify. The SoG Grant and the C4E Spotlight Sessions are how we give some of it back. Yellow is menopause care. HelioCoach is a supplement habit app. Decoding Draupadi and Draupadi on the Dais are about working women in India and the experts among them.
The people C4E is built on.
Saurabh started C4E in 2016, with early backing from Rajesh Grover of VISCOMM. He works between Dubai and Mumbai, and on most projects he is the handyman.
Pooja came into C4E in the early days and stayed. Ten years in marketing. She built the business the rest of us run on. C4E works the way it works because Pooja made it work that way.
Parijat was part of the founding team in the early days.
Krishna founded Tezi, a chat app that runs B2B trade between suppliers, retailers, agents and brokers. He also founded Smart Agent, a pan-India network of fashion sale agents with more than 10,000 suppliers and retailers on it. He has been in our corner from early on.
People leave. We keep the door open and the group chat alive.
We do not pretend to do everything in-house.
AG Consulting builds and runs the WordPress work we take on.
Parth is founder and creative director of Roller Bird Studio, and a chartered accountant.
Parth is the founder and designer at Uphill Studio, a design practice out of New Delhi.
We are choosy. Small team, and a hiring process that takes far longer than it needs to. We index hard on hard work and rigor. At some point you will make a video about one thing you love, and if that is not for you, we are not for you either.
Before you talk to anyone here, read the Careers page end to end. Everyone who comes into C4E crosses that roadblock first.
One thing we will not pretend about. Our own homepage said COMING SOON for more than a year. It came down in October 2026. The site is still an open project. We build brands for other people faster than we build our own.
Want to build something with the village, or move into it? Email me and tell me one thing you love. That is the whole application. 🙂
C4E is a small, tight-knit team. Every person owns their work end to end, and the founders are on the projects, not above them.
The C4E team is Anshika Kushwaha, Chandni Menda, Fareen Vazir, Aarya Badhe, Kaushik Picha, Paras Yadav, Rishi Duggal, Kunal Garde, Himanshu Garg and Shyam Joshi.
Saurabh Garg founded C4E in 2016, with early backing from Rajesh Grover of VISCOMM. Pooja Sahatiya joined in the early days and stayed. She is co-founder. Parijat Sarkar was part of the founding team in the early days.
