Client work remains governed by individual contractual agreements.

4. Payments & Invoices

For consulting, creative, or project-based engagements:

• Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice schedule.
• Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of engagement.
• Taxes, GST, banking fees, and applicable statutory charges are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deliverables include only the items mentioned in the approved scope.
• Additional revisions, change requests, or scope expansions may incur additional charges.
• Final source files may be shared only after full payment clearance.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or services
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use our material for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or deny access where necessary.

7. Third-Party Links

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business, strategic, creative, or operational information shared during engagements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate projects, access, or services in cases including:

• Non-payment
• Abuse or misconduct
• Violation of these terms
• Misalignment of working relationship

Any completed work until termination remains billable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
