Location: Work from home
Experience: 1.5-2 years as a social media manager/executive
Joining: Immediate
Salary: 30-40k/month
What will you be doing here?
- Serving as one point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client’s needs & fulfilment
- Manage the delivery of services for assigned accounts
- Day to day interaction with clients regarding their business requirements & queries
- Meeting/calls with clients for their expansion needs & operational planning
- Coordinating and communicating various reports to the client as and when required
- Creating digital strategy from the initial stages through to the final delivery
- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement
- Identifying and implementing the client’s KPIs and project milestones
- Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
- Regularly updating key stakeholders on account status
- Overseeing the projects/accounts, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to the budget, spending, and cost
